USciences Step Team Purpose:
The goal of USciencesB.E.AT.S shall be to create an alternate form of school
spirit as well as to foster unification of the USciencesstudent body. Within
the organization a positive atmosphere will exist that enables individuals
to become well-rounded, as a reflection of having to maintain academic
and organizational criteria. USciencesB.E.A.T.S shall provide a different
social atmosphere that gears its attention towards positively promoting
team-building and working as a unified group. Through USciencesB.E.A.T.S
diversity and awareness will be held in high regard. All efforts of
the organization shall orient around enriching the lives of its individual
members by encouraging self-expression through entertainment. In an
artistic format, USciencesB.E.A.T.S will enhance morale at school events
such as athletic games and campus events. Above all both hard work and
fun will be understood as being able to coexist at a balanced level.
